Quotations and booking

Quotations are estimates based on the route, vehicle type and carrier option you select. A quotation becomes a confirmed booking only after we acknowledge it in writing on WhatsApp or email and the agreed advance is received.

Charges may be revised if the pickup or delivery location, vehicle details or dates change after booking.

Documents required

The vehicle owner or an authorised representative must provide, at pickup:

• Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC)
• Valid insurance certificate
• Photo identity proof of the owner or authorised person
• A signed authorisation letter where the handover is by someone other than the owner

Vehicle condition and personal belongings

A joint condition inspection is carried out at pickup and delivery and recorded on the consignment note. Please empty the vehicle before handover — we do not carry or accept responsibility for personal belongings, documents, electronics, accessories or valuables left inside the vehicle.

The vehicle must be in drivable condition unless a non-running vehicle has been declared and agreed at the time of booking.

Transit timelines

All transit times we share are estimates. Actual delivery can vary due to road conditions, traffic restrictions, weather, strikes, breakdowns, regulatory checks or other events outside our control. We keep you informed of material delays but do not guarantee a fixed delivery date or time.

Transit risk coverage and liability

Transit risk coverage, where opted, is arranged through a third-party insurer and is subject to that insurer's policy terms, exclusions, deductibles and claim process. It is not an unconditional guarantee of compensation.

Our liability is limited to loss or damage directly caused during our custody of the vehicle and is subject to the coverage arranged for that shipment. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical or electrical faults, battery discharge, tyre wear, or consequential losses such as loss of use, rental costs or business loss.

Payment terms

Payment is collected as agreed at the time of booking, typically part in advance and the balance before delivery. Delivery may be withheld until agreed dues are cleared. Applicable taxes are charged as per law and a GST invoice is issued on request.

Tracking

TrackPortal is an external tracking service used by Aggarwal Car Carrier. It is not owned or operated by Aggarwal Car Carrier.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
