Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to cancel

Cancellation requests must be made by phone at +91 79825 20191 or by email to info@aggarwalcarcarrier.com, quoting your booking reference. A cancellation is effective only once we confirm it in writing.

Cancellation before pickup

Where a booking is cancelled before the carrier has been assigned or dispatched, any advance paid is refunded after deducting documented costs already incurred.

Where the carrier has already been assigned or has started moving towards the pickup location, positioning and coordination costs actually incurred are deducted from the refund.

Cancellation after loading

Once the vehicle has been loaded onto the carrier, the booking cannot be cancelled. If you require the vehicle to be returned or unloaded en route, the applicable transport and handling charges for the distance covered will apply.

Changes and rescheduling

Date changes and address changes are accommodated wherever possible at no charge if intimated in advance. Charges may be revised if the change affects the route, carrier type or scheduling.

Refund method and timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or bank account within 7–10 working days of confirmation. Bank or payment-gateway charges, where applicable, are not refundable.

Cancellations by us

In the rare event that we cannot perform a confirmed booking — for example due to carrier unavailability or route restrictions — we will inform you promptly and refund the full advance paid, without deduction.

Damage and loss claims

Claims relating to damage or loss during transit are handled separately from cancellations, and are dealt with under the transit risk coverage arranged for that shipment and the terms of the third-party insurer. Please report any damage at the time of delivery and record it on the delivery note.
